I know what it feels like to have a story you're not sure you're allowed to tell.
I'm Emmy. I'm a self-published author who wrote my memoir the hard way, navigating grief, loss, and a publishing process that felt designed to confuse me. My book started as an attempt to make sense of my experience as a birth mother. It became something much bigger: a reckoning with grief, identity, and the slow work of finding my voice again.
That process showed me two things: how powerful it is to finally put your story on the page, and how unnecessarily hard it is to get it published without someone in your corner.
That's why this studio exists. Not to take over your process, but to walk beside you through it clearly, ethically, and without pressure.
